The Series Leaderboard
Leader’s jerseys to be awarded AFTER #2 Buffelsdrift
The first event in the series took place in the Western Cape and very few Gauteng riders made their way to the opening event. The general rule is, that the leading rider, who is entered into the race wears the jersey.
In light thereof that this is the first Gauteng-based race, the Series Leaders will be determined after #2 Buffelsdrift and the leaders’ jerseys will be handed out in time for #3 Van Gaalen.

Jan Withaar ranked 10th South African (13th if you take into account the International riders), is one of the few Gauteng riders entered to race #2 Buffelsdrift who also completed #1 Banhoek in the Western Cape in January this year, earning himself 3121 points!. After #2 Buffelsdrift, Jan Withaar will in all likelihood take the lead on points, to wear the leader’s jersey at #3 Van Gaalen.
