Van Gaalen Cheese Farm sits in Skeerpoort, at the foot of the Magaliesberg. The route takes you through hand-built farm singletrack, reed tunnels, rocky koppies and river crossings, so you never settle into a rhythm for long. Climbs give way to sandy stretches as you work your way up through the farmlands, with the mountains rising around you the whole way.
